New National Coordinator for FOI/The Tara Trust

The Friends of Ireland/The Tara Trust would like to thank Karen Manning for her role as the National Coordinator, Karen decided to step down at the end of her contract in March due to other work and family commitments. from the role. We wish her all the best for the future.

We are thrilled to announce that Jane Quinn will take up the role of National Coordinator along with offering support to the Embassy of Ireland New Zealand where needed, this is effective immediately.

Jane recently stood down from her role as President of the Auckland Irish Club, Jane was a trustee for the St Patrick's Festival NZ and was also on the board at the IBNNZ in Auckland for many years.  Jane brings a set of skills required to raise the profile of the The Tara Trust and to increase the awareness of the Tara Trust in NZ.

Fundraising for The Tara Trust will be a large part of Jane's role and we hope you support all the initiative's that Jane puts forward to raise funds for the trust to ensure Irish arts, culture and welfare of the Irish diaspora is maintained in New Zealand.
